June 5

Damn. Southern Utah. June 5th. Giant snow fall that toppled trees and wiped out my herb garden. Tomatoes are toast. Tree limbs cracked and fallen. Luckily, no damage to the house or the car. But damn.

Also - new anthology is now available. It’s called DESTINATION: MARRIAGE and it’s with Jill Marie Landis and Jackie Braun. My story takes place at Hush!

Snow??!! And I thought we had things bad over here in lil ole England with flash floods.

Will you be able to replant your herbs/tomatoes or is it too late? Can you tell I’m not a gardener?! *grin*

I’m glad you are okay and the big things survived. We nearly had snow here in my part of the (just below) Tahoe, CA area last week. Instead, we had 40+ MPH winds. The week before, we’d had welcome-to-summer weather, so our patio furniture was out. The winds actually picked up and opened one of our market umbrellas and flew it to the roof of our second story. (The umbrella was closed and secured in a table and a stand.) I was so afraid it would take off and turn into a missile, I got onto the roof to get it off. For a moment, I wondered if Mary Poppins’ flying trick was real, but the moment quickly passed!

I am sooooo excited! I just ordered Destination Marriage! My TBR has dwindled down! I was in the hospital for a week and am going back in 3 weeks for another surgery, I have been reading so many books I actually made it down my stack. I ordered Destination Marriage with expedited shipping, cannot wait to get it!! I am so excited your story takes place in Hush! Oh and hate to say it but our weather today is sooo hot here in PA. So sorry to hear about your crazy weather. Take care!

I’m doing a quick wave and thank you all for stopping by. My husband isn’t feeling well, so I’m mostly away from the computer. When things calm, I’ll come back and respond properly. :)
